Affiliates earn 25% commission by default on every qualifying purchase made by a customer you refer.

Commission is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes and applicable fees, at your assigned commission rate.

Commissions start as pending and move to approved once the refund window for the order closes, confirming the sale is final.

No. If an order is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is reversed — fully for a full refund, or proportionally for a partial refund.

Yes. Once a customer's first purchase is attributed to you, you continue earning commission on that customer's future purchases as well.

Mosaci Studio may offer custom commission rates to specific partners, with prior notice. Your current rate is always visible in your affiliate dashboard.

Your unique referral link sets a tracking cookie when someone clicks it. If that visitor signs up and purchases, the sale is attributed to you automatically.

Your referral cookie remains valid for 90 days from the moment someone clicks your link.

Once a customer's account is linked to an affiliate, that attribution is permanent — the first affiliate to refer a customer keeps that relationship, even if the customer later clicks a different affiliate's link.
