1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mosaci Studio. By accessing or using our website at mosacistudio.com or any of our applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mosaci Studio. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. If access to or use of the Service is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use it.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of Mosaci Studio — including saving projects and managing subscriptions — you must create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@mosacistudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access the Service using your credentials.

Mosaci Studio cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Description of Service

Mosaci Studio provides a browser-based creative platform that includes tools for:

• Converting photos into mosaic color-by-number pages and grids
• Generating printable mosaic puzzles
• Exporting print-ready PDFs and coloring books
• Managing and organizing mosaic projects
• Other related creative workflows as the platform evolves

We are continuously developing Mosaci Studio. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time. We may also introduce new tiers, tools, or capabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any images, files, or data you upload or import into the Service, any mosaic projects and color-by-number pages you create, and any PDFs, coloring books, or other files you export from the Service.

You retain full ownership of all User Content. By using the Service, you do not transfer any ownership rights to Mosaci Studio. We do not acquire any right to your photos or generated projects beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service (see Section 8).

By submitting User Content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mosaci Studio only for lawful purposes and in ways consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload, import, or process images or content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful
• Upload content for which you do not hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the platform
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or access controls through technical or other means
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service or scrape proprietary platform data without our written consent
• Misuse our APIs or integration points in ways that exceed their intended purpose or impose unreasonable load on our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any violation of these rules, including suspending or terminating your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Mosaci Studio and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to:

• The software, source code, and algorithms that power the platform
• The user interface, design, and visual elements
• The Mosaci Studio brand, logo, and trademarks
• Documentation, marketing content, and written materials

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the platform itself. Your use of the Service does not give you any intellectual property rights in Mosaci Studio beyond the limited right to use the Service as described here.

8. License to Operate the Service

To provide you with the Service, Mosaci Studio needs a limited technical right to interact with your content. By using the Service, you grant Mosaci Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process and store User Content solely as necessary to operate and deliver the Service
• Display your projects back to you within your account
• Generate exports and outputs as directed by you

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to any retention periods required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Photo Conversion and Generated Outputs

Mosaci Studio converts photos into mosaic color-by-number pages, grids, puzzles, and printable formats entirely within your browser. No images are uploaded to our servers as part of this process. The following applies to all generated outputs:

• Results vary by source image. Conversion is automated. Image quality, resolution, color composition, and subject matter all affect the final output.
• Output quality depends on input quality. Low-resolution or heavily compressed source images will produce outputs of limited quality.
• Outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free. Automated processing may occasionally produce unexpected results. Review all generated content before use.

Mosaci Studio does not guarantee that any generated output will meet any particular quality standard. See Section 15 for further details on user responsibility.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, and protect your information. It also explains our core commitment: wherever possible, image processing happens locally in your browser, so your photos do not leave your device as part of the conversion process.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Subscription and Billing

Paid Plans

Mosaci Studio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features, usage capacity, or export options as described on the pricing page.

Billing and Renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Billing is processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize that provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, and you will continue to have access to your current plan features until then.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change. Your continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

12. Refunds

Our refund practices are described in our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Please refer to that document for full details on eligibility, process, and timelines.

13. Availability of Service

We work hard to keep Mosaci Studio available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Unplanned outages or infrastructure incidents
• Events outside our control (force majeure)
• Security responses or emergency fixes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mosaci Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any generated output
• Warranties that the Service will meet any specific publishing, marketplace, or commercial requirement

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mosaci Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, Mosaci Studio is specifically not liable for:

• Errors in generated outputs that were not reviewed before use or distribution
• Data loss resulting from user action or circumstances outside our control
• Loss of locally stored project data due to browser cache clearing or device changes

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Mosaci Studio in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so the above may not apply to you in full.

16. User Responsibility for Generated Content

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated color-by-number pages, mosaic grids, PDFs, and coloring books for accuracy and quality before use
• Ensuring that source images you process are images you own or have the right to use
• Any use, sharing, or printing of content generated by Mosaci Studio

17. Third-Party Services

Mosaci Studio may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, and analytics tools. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Mosaci Studio is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by those services' own terms.

18. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Created risk or legal exposure for Mosaci Studio or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the Service. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date
• Notify you by email (for significant changes) if you have an account with us

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with a material change, you may close your account before it takes effect.

20. Governing Law
