If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case fairly.

Found something broken or behaving unexpectedly? Screenshots and steps to reproduce are incredibly helpful.

A few things that help us help you
The more context you share, the faster we can resolve your issue. Here is what makes a support message easier to act on:
- Include the email address associated with your Mosaci Studio account so we can look up your details quickly.
- For technical issues, describe exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred and what you expected to happen.
- Attach a screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual — this saves a lot of back-and-forth.
- For billing or refund questions, include the approximate date and amount of the transaction.
- Let us know your browser and operating system if you are reporting a rendering or performance issue.
