1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when applying to the Affiliate Program.
Mosaci Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Links
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link and may also be assigned a promotional coupon code.
You may promote Mosaci Studio using these materials through your website, blog, YouTube channel, social media, email newsletters, or other approved marketing channels.
3. Commission
Approved affiliates earn a commission based on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or coupon code.
- Standard commission rate: 25% (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Commission is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes and applicable fees.
- Mosaci Studio may adjust commission rates for specific partners with prior notice.
4. Referral Attribution
- Referral cookies remain valid for 90 days.
- After a referred user creates an account, the referral is permanently associated with the original affiliate (first-referrer attribution).
- Future eligible purchases by that customer will continue to generate commission for the assigned affiliate unless otherwise determined by Mosaci Studio.
5. Qualifying Purchases
Commissions are only earned on successful purchases that:
- Have been successfully paid.
- Are not refunded or charged back.
- Comply with these Terms.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions do not qualify for commission.
6. Payments
Affiliate earnings accumulate in your affiliate account.
Payments:
- Are issued according to Mosaci Studio's payout schedule.
- May require a minimum payout threshold.
- Are only paid for approved commissions.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Purchasing through your own affiliate link.
- Creating multiple accounts to generate commissions.
- Cookie stuffing or hidden tracking methods.
- Spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Misleading advertisements or false claims.
- Impersonating Mosaci Studio or its employees.
- Bidding on Mosaci Studio trademarks in paid search without written permission.
- Offering unauthorized discounts or coupons.
- Using bots, automated traffic, or fake accounts.
- Any fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
Mosaci Studio grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, screenshots, product images, and other marketing materials solely for promoting Mosaci Studio.
Affiliates may not modify trademarks or represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Mosaci Studio.
9. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their commission earnings.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
Mosaci Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if it determines that the affiliate has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
11. Changes to the Program
Mosaci Studio may update these Terms, commission rates, payout schedules, or program policies at any time.
Material changes will be published on this page.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mosaci Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
