What is a credit?
One credit = one mosaic generation. Standard patterns (Square, Hexagon, etc.) cost 1 credit. Mark patterns (Square Mark, Hexagon Mark, Dot Mark) cost 2 credits because they require additional processing.
Do credits expire?
Free credits (10/month) reset on the first of each month — unused ones do not carry over. Purchased credits never expire and are used after your free credits each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy. All transactions are one-time purchases — no recurring charges.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
We review refund requests for purchased credit packs submitted within 14 days. If you have a legitimate issue — accidental purchase, technical problems, or credits unused due to a bug — reach out and we'll work it out.
What are the export quality options?
Every generation — whether from free monthly credits or a purchased pack — exports at full quality: high-res PNG, 300 DPI PDF, and no watermark. Credits gate generation, not quality.
