Changing the pattern, cell size, palette or theme and previewing the result costs nothing, however many times you do it. Previews are lower-resolution screen previews; a credit is deducted once per image, the first time you download its full-resolution print-ready file. After that, that image is yours in every pattern and setting — download it again, or download a different version of it, for free. One image, one credit.

What is a credit?
One credit = one image downloaded. Converting, changing settings and previewing are free; a credit is spent the first time you download an image (PNG, ZIP or PDF). Every pattern costs the same 1 credit, and once an image is paid, every pattern and version of it downloads free.
Do credits expire?
Free credits (10/month) reset on the first of each month — unused ones do not carry over. Purchased credits never expire and are used after your free credits each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. It accepts major credit and debit cards, plus other payment methods Paddle offers in your country. All purchases are one-time — no recurring charges.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed — even if you've used some credits. After that, billing errors and platform faults are still covered.
What are the export quality options?
Every download — whether from free monthly credits or a purchased pack — is full quality: high-res PNG, 300 DPI PDF, and no watermark. In-app previews are lower-resolution screen previews; the print-ready file comes from the download. Credits gate downloads, not quality.
